TELL US ABOUT YOUR JOB
The first most important step is to make contact and discuss what works/event you wish to carry out in/on/or around a road or footpath. There is no such thing as a silly question! Our team will gather all information required so that we can plan and carry out your works. We’ll outline our responsibilities and your responsibilities so that all parties involved know where they stand.
PLANNING & PERMITS.
Our team will carry out the development of TMP’s (Traffic Management Plans), TGS’s (Traffic Guidance Schemes), & MOA’s (Memorandum of Authorisation – VicRoads). We’ll notify you if you have to apply for an NRIW (Work within road reserve permit – VicRoads), ROC (Road Occupancy Charge) or any other permit (VicRoads/Council or any other third party) that will be needed for your works/event.
APPROVALS.
Once your approvals have been received we’ll ensure you receive a copy for your own records. If your approvals are getting close to expiration our friendly team can resubmit so you need not worry about not having the correct approvals
CARRY OUT YOUR WORKS.
Once all the above has been done, you’re good to go. If you’re using Momentum for your Traffic needs, simply let our team know and we’ll ensure that we’re on site to help you carry out your works. Remember your needs become our goals!
