Meet the Fleet
Our fleet currently consists of Mazda BT 50’s, Brand New Isuzu D-Max's Utility Vehicles. We also have Freeway Capable "Pod" Trucks and a Truck Mounted Attenuator (TMA). Momentum Traffic Control also has at the ready a fleet of fully programmable Variable Message Signs (VMS) boards and Trailer Mounted Arrow Boards

MTC fleet comprises of 65 well maintained single cab Mazda BT50 and Isuzu D-max utilities that are replaced every
three years:
- Each vehicle is fitted with a roof mounted “B” class arrow board and flashing beacons
- With the capability of lane closures in excess of one kilometre, whilst still managing pedestrian and side
road traffic - 50 x 600 mm cones
- 3 x stop/slow bats
- All vehicles are fitted with compliant fire extinguishers and first aid kits. Some are fire mitigated
- All vehicles are fitted with dash cam, GPS, reverse squawkers, hand brake alarms, reversing cameras, fixed
UHF radios, wheel nut indicators, rear reversing sensors, 1.5 kg fire extinguisher with hose, and wheel
chocks. - MTC also now has two Freeway Pod trucks capable of Freeway setups in excess of two kilometres.
- MTC has its own Arrow Boards and VMS’s
- MTC has a short based Vic Roads (MASH) compliant TMA (Attenuator)
- Currently have 230 fully qualified Traffic Management staff with various inductions and RIW cards
