Starting off as a Traffic Controller, Shania Coutts joined Momentum Traffic Control in 2018. Shania showed much promise and attention to detail which made her the ideal candidate for her new role in joining the Operations Team in early 2022.
Shania has overseen many large crews which proves her leadership abilities and knowledge of the job.
Shania’s projects include:
- Coburg Level Crossing Removal Project
- Preston Level Crossing Removal Project
- Pakenham Level Crossing Removal Project.
- Plenty Rd Upgrade Stage 2
- Calder Fwy – Wire Rope Safety Barrier Program.
Shania is a great addition to the Team, and we look forward in seeing her grow within Momentum Traffic Control.
