The Traffic Management Process
STEP ONE – TELL US ABOUT YOUR JOB The first most important step is to make contact and discuss what works/event you wish to carry out in/on/or around a road or footpath. There is no such this as a dumb question! Our team will gather all information required so that we can plan and carry out your works. We’ll outline our responsibilities and your responsibilities so that all parties involved know where they stand. STEP TWO – PLANNING & PERMITS Our team will carry out the development of TMP’s (Traffic Management Plans), TGS’s (Traffic Guidance Schemes), & MOA’s (Memorandum of Authorization – VicRoads). We’ll notify you if you have to apply for an NRIW (Work within road reserve permit – VicRoads) & and of any other permit (VicRoads/Council or any other third party) that will be needed for your works/event. STEP THREE – APPROVALS Once your approvals have been received we’ll ensure you receive a copy for your own records.
